        RIMREX specializes in the design and production of custom forged wheels<\/strong>.
        Each project follows a clearly defined process that allows us to precisely determine the scope of execution, production time, and feasibility of the design.<\/p>

        <\/p>

        01 \u2014 Project selection<\/h3>

        RIMREX delivers both catalog wheel designs and fully custom projects.
        Providing a complete set of vehicle technical specifications is required.<\/p>

        • Vehicle make, model, and year<\/li>
        • Wheel diameter and width<\/li>
        • Bolt pattern and offset (ET)<\/li><\/ul>

          This data is essential for proper wheel fitment and for preparing an individual quotation.<\/p>

          <\/p>

          02 \u2014 Project analysis and quotation<\/h3>

          After receiving the complete set of information, the project undergoes technical analysis.
          At this stage, feasibility and compliance with RIMREX standards are evaluated.<\/p>

          Within 48 hours, the client receives:<\/strong><\/p>

          • project qualification status<\/li>
          • preliminary quotation<\/li>
          • guidelines for the next stage<\/li><\/ul>

            <\/p>

            03 \u2014 Design and production<\/h3>

            Upon project approval, the design and CNC forging production process begins.<\/p>

            5\u20137 weeks<\/p>

            This is the standard lead time, depending on technical specifications and finish.
            Each wheel is made from aerospace-grade aluminum using precision CNC machining.<\/p>

            <\/p>

            Expedited production<\/h3>

            In selected cases, production can be expedited. This option is available only for projects that technically qualify for execution and involves an additional fee.<\/p>

            <\/p>

            RIMREX is not an on-demand service.<\/p>

            Not every vehicle qualifies for a project.<\/p>

            We do not take on every request.<\/p>
