Limited Structural Warranty

RIMREX forged wheels are designed as aftermarket products and are not affiliated with vehicle manufacturers. They are intended for use in vehicles in accordance with their technical specifications and proper usage guidelines. Each wheel is manufactured from forged aluminum and undergoes quality control prior to shipment. The warranty covers physical defects arising from causes inherent in the product, for the period required under applicable law. The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and covers defects occurring during proper use in accordance with the intended application and technical specifications.

• ✔ Material defects in the aluminum
• ✔ structural defects arising from the manufacturing process
• ✔ structural damage resulting from normal road use

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• use not in accordance with the intended purpose or operating guidelines
• improper installation or installation not in accordance with technical specifications
• mechanical damage (impacts, collisions, road hazards, overloading)
• product modifications

RIMREX shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, including property damage, personal loss, bodily injury, or death.

In the case of a consumer purchaser, this warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend any rights arising from statutory warranty provisions for defects in the sold goods. In the case of a business purchaser, liability under statutory warranty provisions is excluded in accordance with Article 558 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code.
